He has served on Federal Incident Management Teams supporting the Space Shuttle Columbia Recovery, and Firestorm of 2003 in California. He has a passion for integrating the best technology to provide real-time solutions.

Paul Damron

Co-Founder - Paul has 12 + years providing professional geospatial development solutions. Along with building custom online platforms to support client needs. He has developed easy to use, data driven tools to help stakeholders make decisions.  He also brings 7 years of wildland fire and aviation industry experience. His most recent experience is in UAS and Aeronautics policy making.

Steve Melander

Chief Pilot, VP Flight Ops - Steve has 25 years of manned aviation experience along with a degree in Criminal Justice and a Professional Pilot. He has successfully trained manned and unmanned aviation pilots and operators. He deployed as a contractor to Iraq and Afghanistan operating the Shadow UAS. He also became a Global Hawk UAS test pilot.

Chip Sanders

VP of Sales and Planning - Chip has an extensive background in business development and sales. His entrepreneur background has led him to start and profit from setting up multiple successful  businesses. His attention to detail has allowed him to understand business dealings and how to communicate effectively with customers.
